PERSONNEL TRAINING
- Supervising and monitoring compliance of policies and procedures according to JCAHO, Title 22, OSHA, and NFPA; identifying and correcting non-compliance
- Supervising and monitoring the handling and disposal of infectious, toxic, and hazardous wastes, including on-site Santipak Autoclaving Operations
- Providing continuous documented in-service training for all employees, including orientation training for new hires in accordance with safety rules, job procedures, and duty list; cross training of personnel to increase staffing flexibility
